Job Description:

  • Building and maintaining relations for potential customers for real estate as well as the developer’s team.
  • Doing the primary research of the market and keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge.
  • Organizing events for generating the leads for getting the prospects.
  • Presenting the projects to clients negotiating with the clients as well as real estate developers.
  • Helping the customers for documentation of loans and other papers for agreement.
  • Responsible for selling Real Estate In Commercial and Residential
  • Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, BDM’s & BDE’s
  • Maintaining Strong Relationship with Developers, Real estate corporates, third party Channels, New Existing Clients
  • Responsible for Revenue Maximization, and lead generating with the support from Marketing team through various digital Campaigns
  • Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share
  • Performing Market analysis to identify client’s needs, Project details, Price Schedules and Discount rates.

Management Trainee / Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
  • Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
  • Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
